Seminars
Gian Wild has conducted accessibility seminars for:
- Victoria Online;
- Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games;
- Microsoft;
- Department of Human Services;
- Brisbane City Council;
- Department of Premier & Cabinet;
- Department of Planning and Community Development;
- Department of Justice;
- Department of Transport;
- Ergon Energy (QLD);
- Department of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples (QLD);
- Disability Services QLD;
- Boral; and
- VicRoads.
She has also been a regular speaker at industry events such as the Computer Human Industry Special Interest Group (CHISIG) and the Web Standards Group (WSG), speaking in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The success of these seminars is confirmed by Gian being asked to conduct the seminars for other groups within organisations she has already worked with, or for new organisations who have heard of her reputation, via word-of-mouth from previous participants, hearing her speak at conferences, etc.
